2015.10.09 @ 부산 [Busan]
Back in October, Patty & I went down to Busan for the film festival. She had some friends that were already planning on going down, so we went as well. It was really great to finally get to know some of her pals a little better. The six of us ended up in a nice Air BnB down that was quite close to the beach.
We only had tickets to see a couple of movies, but also planned on doing some beach hanging and mild sightseeing, so that wasn't a problem. Unfortunately, out bus down to Busan hit some traffic and we missed the first movie, but we used that extra time to grab some Indian food and an Irish coffee down by Haeundae. Eventually, we met up with everyone in the evening to see Krisha. Despite the subject matter being quite dark, we all still enjoyed it.
After he movie, we went out to 새마울식당 [Sae Ma-ul Sik-dang] to have some fantastic 열탄불고기 [yeol-tan bul-gogi] and 김치찌개 [kimchi jjigae]. Day one was excellent.
